Karim graduated with a BMus in Composition from the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama in 2013, where he was awarded the annual Mervyn Burtch Composition Prize for his guitar concerto In Search of Silence. Shortly after, his orchestral piece The Golden Spiral was played by the BBC National Orchestra of Wales. He has since worked as a music educator around the UK and, as well as working with various groups, now performs violin/vocals with Brighton band Coconut Eclipse.

Karim Bedda is a songwriter, composer, actor-musician and YouTuber. His aim is to explore how music works, what it is capable of, and to share his ideas about music with musicians and listeners alike. He is currently working on videos covering a wide range of musical topics, with a focus on music theory and the composition process in particular. He has performed internationally as an actor-musician and has been featured as a violin- and piano-playing hand double on TV and film, including BBC's Sherlock and Marvel's Doctor Strange.
